Turritopsis dohrnii: The Immortal Jellyfish

Imagine a creature that can hit the reset button on its own life cycle. Turritopsis dohrnii, widely known as the immortal jellyfish, is a tiny species capable of reverting its cells back to their earliest childhood state when faced with physical damage, sickness, or environmental stress.
